1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
Fresh and Perishable Products: Due to the nature of certain items (such as fresh produce, dairy, meats, and frozen items), we are unable to accept returns on these products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Perishable Products: Grocery items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for returns.
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 4-7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. If you are shipping the item back, please ensure that the package is properly sealed and ready for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Free Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or damaged items.
Customer Pays Return Shipping: If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., wrong choice, changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for another product, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we will issue a replacement or exchange.
